Version 1.3 - Effective June 29, 2026

Effective Date: 2026-06-29 Last Updated: 2026-06-29

1. Overview

TappHQ (the "Platform") uses artificial intelligence technologies, including Anthropic Claude and other third-party AI providers, for a range of capabilities including but not limited to: AI agent execution, content generation, recommendations, data analysis, monitoring insights, accessibility evaluations, compliance assessments, and automated task processing.

2. Accuracy and Reliability

AI-generated outputs ("AI Outputs") may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations (confident assertions of false information), outdated information, incomplete analysis, or biased content. AI Outputs are generated through probabilistic language models and are inherently uncertain. The Company does not independently verify AI Outputs for accuracy, completeness, or correctness before they are presented to users.

The accuracy and quality of AI Outputs depend on many factors outside the Company's control, including the quality and completeness of your inputs, the capabilities and limitations of the underlying AI models, and the state of AI provider services at the time of processing.

3. Not Professional Advice

AI Outputs do not constitute and shall not be construed as legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, compliance advice, accessibility certification, tax advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional advice. The Platform is an information tool that generates AI-powered outputs for informational purposes only.

Users requiring professional advice regarding legal, financial, medical, regulatory, accessibility, or other matters should consult with appropriately qualified and licensed professionals. Reliance on AI Outputs in place of professional advice is done at the User's own risk.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely and entirely responsible for: (a) reviewing all AI-generated content before use; (b) validating the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of all AI Outputs; (c) verifying AI Outputs against authoritative sources before relying upon them; (d) determining whether AI Outputs are suitable for the User's intended purpose; and (e) any decisions made or actions taken based on AI Outputs.

The Company accepts no responsibility or liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from the User's reliance on AI Outputs.

5. No Warranty

THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY, ORIGINALITY, OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLEARANCE OF ANY AI OUTPUT. AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company specifically does not warrant that AI Outputs will be: free of errors, factually accurate, up to date, non-infringing, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Accessibility Monitoring Disclaimer

The Platform includes features that scan, evaluate, and report on the accessibility of websites using automated analysis tools and AI-powered assessments. These features generate WCAG compliance scores, accessibility health ratings, issue reports, and recommendations.

These outputs are provided as informational tools only. They do not constitute:

  • Certification of compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at any conformance level.
  • Legal compliance verification under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Certification under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
  • Compliance certification under any other national or international accessibility standard or regulation.

Automated accessibility scanning cannot detect all accessibility issues. Many accessibility requirements require manual testing, expert evaluation, and testing with assistive technologies. Users are solely responsible for their own accessibility compliance obligations and should not rely solely on Platform outputs for compliance determinations.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

Content submitted to AI features is processed by Anthropic (Claude) and potentially other third-party AI providers. The Company does not control the behavior, outputs, or internal operations of third-party AI models. Third-party AI providers' terms of service, privacy policies, and data processing agreements apply to their processing of your data.

The Company is not responsible for: (a) any changes to third-party AI models that affect output quality or accuracy; (b) any downtime, errors, or limitations of third-party AI services; (c) how third-party AI providers process, store, or use the data sent to them; or (d) any intellectual property claims related to the training data or outputs of third-party AI models.
