When you pick Executive Director, Development Director, or Operations Manager at sign-up, TappHQ records your role and uses it to order the first-action tiles. The tile most likely to matter for your role appears first. You can change your role any time from Settings.
First action, not first form.
Most platforms start with a 40-question setup wizard before you can see anything real. TappHQ gives you a working screen in five minutes. Each tile estimates how long it takes and links directly to the right feature. The org profile setup is one of the six options, not a prerequisite for everything else.

If you signed up without selecting a role, the Welcome screen shows a role prompt above the tile grid. Pick your role once and the tile order updates immediately. No page reload, no new account setup. Your role is saved to your profile and to the setup checklist that appears on every dashboard page until you complete key actions.

The Welcome screen is the entry point to the platform, not a one-time welcome gate. Each tile routes to a specific HQ module where your work continues. Completing actions unlocks setup checklist items that track your org's readiness across the platform.
