What We're Building
Vote on features, submit ideas, and track our progress. Your feedback shapes the product.
Single read-only view for board members showing the meeting agenda, auto-compiled board packet, term expiration, committee assignments, org health score, financial summary, and vote items.
Brand Library typography accepts your own font files (WOFF2, WOFF, TTF, OTF) for each typeface and weight, so a custom or licensed brand font renders in brand guides, shared brand guides, Creative Studio pieces and generated documents instead of a fallback. Licence details you record are respected when a font is embedded on the web.
Design on-brand social posts, banners, decks and email drafts from your Brand Library at /content/creative. Write and rewrite copy with AI from your own content, web pages and cited research, build your own templates or have AI draft a set, plan work on a campaign board, tag links with UTM parameters, review and approve pieces, export captions as a CSV, and design social profile covers. Available on Pro and above.
A nonprofit lists the states it operates in and what it does there (fundraising, staff, programs, office). ComplianceHQ then shows a checklist for each state covering charitable solicitation registration, registering to operate as an out-of-state nonprofit plus its annual reports, and state tax registrations (income or franchise tax exemption, sales tax exemption, payroll withholding, unemployment insurance). Every item shows the agency, fee, filing link, deadline and the date the rule was last verified, and ticks off from the org's tracked credentials. All 50 states plus DC. Available on the free tier. Tracking only; e-filing is covered by COMPLY-FILE-T23.
Shift creation, signup and reminders for volunteers. Hour logging, event registration and admin approval already shipped with the volunteer portal; what is missing is scheduling itself - there is no shift concept, so an organizer cannot publish shifts for volunteers to claim.
A donor-facing portal where a donor signs in to see their own giving history, receipts, recurring gift schedule, and the impact of what they funded. Extends the existing StakeholderHQ portal, which today serves board members, funders and volunteers but has no donor surface.
Two-way email sync that keeps contact records and email marketing segments synchronized across connected platforms in real time.
Tier 2 submits state charity registration filings electronically to state portals rather than producing a form to file by hand. Tier 3 adds registered-agent integration. Enterprise only. Tier 1 (auto-populating state forms from org data) already shipped as COMPLY-FILE.
Project-level fund accounting for fiscal sponsors with restricted fund tracking, project budgets, disbursement workflows, and Model A and Model B support.
Unified organizational risk assessment synthesizing signals across financial, compliance, operational, program, governance, and technology dimensions.
One-click secure document package for funders, auditors, or board candidates. Pulls financials, compliance docs, outcomes, and board info into a shareable link with expiry and access logging.
Scheduled feedback collection from any stakeholder group with survey builder, response collection, trend analysis across cycles, and peer benchmarking.
Track fee-for-service, social enterprise, program fees, and membership dues separately from donations and grants. Revenue categorization, margin analysis, and earned-to-contributed ratio trends.
Connect budget line items and staff time to program outcomes. Compute total direct cost, allocated indirect cost, cost per participant, and cost per outcome for funder reports.
Staff time tracking to programs, grants, and cost centers. Indirect cost rate computation, program-level staff cost allocation, and grant budget utilization for Uniform Guidance compliance.
Template-driven annual planning calendar pre-populated from existing platform data: board meetings, compliance renewals, grant deadlines, fundraising events, and budget milestones.
Full white-labeling for StakeholderHQ portals with custom logo, colors, domain, and footer text.
Import transaction-level accounting data from QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage into revenue tracking with source attribution.
Google Calendar meeting data flows into the engagement timeline when attendees match shared contacts.
Scope an Executive Briefing to a single program: grants pipeline, compliance status, upcoming events and program overview for that program alone. Financial and revenue figures stay org-wide and are omitted from a scoped briefing rather than relabelled.
