On-Brand Graphics, Approved Before They Go Out

Creative Studio turns your Brand Library into finished graphics. Pick a template, write the copy yourself or have AI draft it from your brand and sources, and it draws every format in your logo, colors and fonts for social, display ads, decks and profile branding. A person approves the exact version, then it goes out as images with the post copy, or as an email draft in the tool you already use. Creative Studio is on Pro.

How It Works

From template to approved, in four steps

Pick a template, write the copy

Start from one of the built-in templates or one your team made. Write the copy in each slot, or have AI draft it from your brand, and the preview updates as you go. Word limits are checked per slot, so a headline that will not fit is caught before it is drawn.

  • Write with AI drafts every field; Rewrite selected changes only the ones you tick, and you apply what you want
  • Add sources from your Knowledge Base, drafts, reports or web pages, or have AI research a topic, and the copy cites them
  • Search across your pieces, template names and the copy itself
  • Every template is drawn in your Brand Library, so it stays on brand

Render every format at once

Choose the formats the template supports and render. Each one is laid out for its own placement, not scaled from one image, so a story, a LinkedIn post and a display banner each get a layout that fits.

  • Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Facebook formats
  • Display banners in the standard ad sizes
  • Decks and carousels, with a PowerPoint export

A person approves the exact version

Submit the piece for review. An approval covers exactly the copy, theme, formats and brand the approver saw. Edit the piece after that and it returns to Draft, so nothing goes out that nobody looked at.

  • A status board shows every piece by review stage
  • If your brand changes after approval, the piece needs approving again
  • Admins and owners approve, including pieces they wrote
  • Cited fields show their source; a figure with no source behind it is flagged for the reviewer

Send it where it is going

Export a zip of images plus the post copy, download the copy as a CSV, or create an email draft in HubSpot, Mailchimp or Constant Contact. A piece moves to Published the first time its approved version leaves the Studio.

  • The zip carries a manifest of who approved it and when
  • If a format is not rendered yet, the export names it and asks first
  • Downloading the CSV alone does not mark a piece Published
What’s Inside

Everything for on-brand graphics Pro

One place to make, review and send the graphics your communications team puts out every week.

A visual home

Every piece shows as a thumbnail of its latest render. Search by name, template or copy, and filter by channel and status. Your search and filters stay in the address bar, so a shared link shows the same list.

Status board

Switch the home to a board and see every piece by review status: Draft, In review, Approved, Published and Archived.

Campaigns with UTM tags

Group pieces into a campaign that is also a GrowthHQ campaign, so the links your pieces carry arrive tagged for attribution.

Brand-locked templates

Templates are drawn in your logo, colors and fonts from Brand Library. That includes tip graphics that carry a plan pill, so readers see which plan a feature is on.

Social profile branding

Make page covers, Instagram highlight covers, profile avatars and a watermark from the same brand, so your profiles match your posts.

Decks, carousels and display banners

Build slide decks and social carousels and export a PowerPoint file. Make display banners in the standard ad sizes. Capture a page to use as the visual.

Captions CSV

Download the post copy for every format as a CSV, ready for your scheduling tool. It needs an approved piece, not a finished render.

Email drafts

Create an email draft from an approved piece in HubSpot, Mailchimp or Constant Contact, then finish and send it from there.

Hash-bound approval

Approval is tied to the exact copy, theme, formats and brand reviewed. Change any of them and the piece goes back to Draft for another look.

Write and rewrite with AI

Write with AI drafts every field from your brand and an optional instruction, or rewrite only the fields you pick. You see a proposal beside your copy and apply what you want. Each draft uses AI credits and shows its estimate first.

Sources from your own content

Add Knowledge Base documents, Content Studio drafts, reports or web pages to a piece, and AI copy draws on them. Sources stay in the Studio and do not join your Knowledge Base.

Research with cited sources

Have AI research a topic on the web and keep short notes, each with the page and a quote. Fields written from a source show their citation, and a figure with no source is flagged as unsourced.

Your own templates

Build templates from the Studio's layouts in your theme and formats. They save as drafts your organization sees, and Publish adds them to your catalog beside the built-in ones.

Template sets with AI

Pick a recipe such as Launch or Fundraising, and AI writes a set of draft templates in your brand voice with placeholder copy. Edit them, then publish the set or discard it.

Ask TappIQ, with your approval

Ask TappIQ can find and read your pieces, start a draft from a template with the copy filled in, and move it through review. Each change shows a card and runs only after you approve it.

How it connects

This HQ is part of a bigger picture

Every HQ shares its data, its proactive alerts, and its agents with the rest of the platform. Here are three concrete ways this one works with the others.

Content schedule meets donor cadence

content-schedule-calendar-adapter emits editorial milestones into calendar_events so fundraising sequences in GrowthHQ plan around scheduled communications.

Handbook sections fuel drafting

handbook-sections-provider feeds DGE templates and agent grant-narrative tools with the organization's voice, so generated content reflects actual published copy.

Brand assets in every export

brand-provider supplies logos, colors, and typography to every DGE export (funder reports, board packets, impact reports) without manual restyling per audience.
