Does the Free plan expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Free is $0 with no credit card and no end date. It runs the full platform on your real data, with capacity caps on how much you can add: credentials, tracked grants, contacts, brand assets, forms, EOS goals, and monitored websites. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial, one per organization. If the trial ends without a subscription, the organization returns to Free: trial credits go to zero and members other than owners and admins are locked until a plan is chosen. Nothing you entered is deleted.

Do I have to prove nonprofit status to get nonprofit pricing?

Not before you start. Set your organization type to nonprofit and claim nonprofit status under Settings at /settings/organization, and the nonprofit rate applies immediately with a 7-day grace period. Verification completes on its own once your EIN is on file and at least one Form 990 filing is uploaded to the platform; a platform administrator can also verify an organization manually. If a US organization is not verified by day 7, the subscription moves to list pricing with a prorated adjustment, and verification stays open.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

It stays. Canceling a monthly or annual plan keeps the paid plan active until the end of the period you already paid for, with no refund for the unused part. When that period ends, the organization moves to the Free plan: paid features and the monthly AI credit allowance stop, add-ons are canceled, and everything you entered remains in place under Free-plan caps, which limit what you can add rather than what you keep. Subscribe again at any time to pick up where you left off.

Do I have to commit to a full year?

Only if you choose to. Every paid tier has three billing options. Monthly bills month to month, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual is paid up front for 12 months at 20% off. Annual savings, pay monthly gives you the same 20% off, billed monthly, in exchange for a 12-month commitment: you can cancel anytime and the subscription continues until the commitment end date, with nothing further to pay. Upgrading to a higher tier during a commitment starts a fresh 12 months on the new tier.

What is the difference between Individual and Team plans?

Individual plans are for one user. Team plans include three users and a higher domain count; every other capacity limit matches the Individual plan at the same tier. Free has no Team plan. Switch the toggle above the plan cards to Team to see Team pricing.

How is AI usage counted?

Accepted Answer

In AI credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period. Credits are spent on AI work you trigger, such as agent runs, grant application reviews, and drafted job descriptions; browsing, data entry, and website monitoring scans use none. If you run out, buy a credit pack or turn on auto-refill. Purchased credits do not expire, are used only after the monthly allowance is spent, and cost the same on every plan.
