The exact allowance for each is shown on the pricing page. It is not repeated here on purpose: those caps resolve from the tier configuration at request time, so a number written into this answer would go stale the day it changed, silently, in a page whose whole job is to be accurate.

When a paid plan makes sense

The paid plans raise those limits and add automation. Starter is $29 per month for nonprofits ($37 list), Pro+ is $99 per month for nonprofits ($125 list), and Enterprise is $199 per month for nonprofits ($249 list). Annual billing is discounted on each paid plan.

Moving up a plan does not migrate anything. The data you entered on Free is the data the paid plan runs on.
